Arazol Music sells remastered (backup) CDs as a service. We believe in protecting the rights of the recording industry, and the artists which they represent. We invoke the "Fair Use" portion of copyright law.

Fair use permits consumers' limited personal, non-commercial use of lawfully obtained copyrighted material without prior consent of the copyright owner. It allows you to make backups of music you own onto CDs or cassette tapes. The U.S. Supreme Court has held that fair use is necessary to avoid an irreconcilable conflict between copyright law and the First Amendment's guarantee of free speech.

To have a vinyl record remastered, click "Remastering ..." the appropriate size record, and click the "Add To Cart" button.

To purchase a remastered CD of a vinyl record that you find on our website, click on the particular album cover to view album information, and click the "Add To Cart" button.

Refunds:  No refunds, except for cancellations.

Exchanges:  No exchanges.

Cancellations:  If a cancellation notice is received before the product ships, you will receive a refund.

Warranties:  No warranties.  If you discover that a purchased disc is defective, please "Contact Us" describing the defects.  The album will be corrected and a replacement disc will be sent to you free of charge.
